Recipe: Pineapple Ginger MOCKTAIL
Do you know someone who needs to cut back on the booze? Perhaps it’s co-workers who regularly make asses of themselves, maybe a pregnant women who must lay off for nine months or a person in your family who’s too young to drink, but wants to participate with the grownups. Mocktails are the perfect non-alcoholic beverages for people who can’t or shouldn’t drink, but don’t want to feel left out of the festivities!
Zingy Pineapple Mocktail
½ Fresh Pineapple
1 Cup Fresh Parsley
4 Stalks of Celery cleaned
4 Slivers of fresh Ginger
Slice the pineapple and wash the parsley and celery. In a masticator or juicer, add the pineapple, parsley, celery and ginger. Blend, serve and garnish with parsley leaves and pineapple.
