Recipe: Peach Cobbler Recipe to Live For

During the summertime, when peaches are in season one of my go to desserts is Peach Cobbler. Topped with either fresh cream or ice cream, the warm peaches pair well with freshly ground cinnamon and my secret ingredient, Gran Marnier.  First, I start with firm, ripe peaches. If they are the size of a baseball, you’ll need only one peach per serving.  

Brown sugar, flour, grass fed butter and ground instant oats make an excellent crumble.  Start by melting the butter and mixing in the sugar, flour and oats.
