Recipe: COCONOG with Nutmeg

Coconog

1 cup Cream of coconut

1 cup of Coconut Milk

2 cups Evaporated milk

6-8  oz Rum

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 teaspoon Grated Lime Zest

Some Ice cubes about a tray

Grated Nutmeg

Sugar (Optional)

In a Blender, add about 12-18 ice cubes, or a tray and the Coconut Cream and milks.  Add lime zest, vanilla and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass and top with grated nutmeg and confectioners sugar if you have a sweet tooth. 

 Makes 4 servings
